Monitors for a Small Office

What do you guys recommend for Office Monitors? They will be used for word documents, web browsing, and e-mails - basically just text and images.

I need to purchase 5 of them. 2 go to the owners, the other 3 are for the employees.

The owners of the company would spend a grand or two on their personal monitors, if I recommended it.. but that would be seriously overkill for what they do.

I was thinking of either the HP ZR24w or Dell U2311H for the owners, and then some cheap TN panels for the employees.

Veering more towards the ZR24w because it is 16:10 - seems a little more suited for word documents.

What about the employees? What size of monitor do cubicle workers often use? 22"?

For the employees I recommend the Acer G245H (220$ @ NClX) or G235H (160-170$ online) due to the Glossy Panels which make text very easy to read thanks to the extra clarity and just general clean look the Glossy panel, high contrast (930:1+vs 700:1 and ugly AG coating on the HP) and perfect default sharpness. The G245H is really a gaming LCD, however due to the great image clarity, high contrast and good default contrast it would make a fantastic office monitor:

Get the Dell U2311H, read the below review which includes a head-to-head vs the HP:

The extra inch+/120 pixels on the HP is not worth it at due to its over all meh performance and price.
