Monitoring software for CPU temps and Frame Rates while gaming

I would like ot know if there is any software out there that will monitor CPU temps and frame rates while I game, or display while I am gaming.

Same goes for my GPU, though i dont think there is anything yet for the 8800 series.

Hmm although i dont know any program will do what you described, but there are problems monitor (background) while you are gamming and you can always ALT+Tab to check the temperature. For example, ATI tool (ATI cards), RiviaTuner (Nvidia), Core Temp , and much more.

you'll probably have to alt+tab for the temps but fraps might be your friend in the frame rate dept.

ATi tray tool will do it.

It can show framerate and either use a plugin to show system temps or in some cases can read the sensors directly and display all the info as an overlay.
