Monitor turn off while testing Prime 95.

Hi guys. Yesterday i run Prime 95 for test cpu. But earlier i use option Never in Turn Off the Monitor in Disable Power Management. Then when after some hours i came back and see whats happen and i see that my screen just turns off ( yellow light ). Then i just turn my mouse and screen goes back to normal. But i am asking why? Like i say i use option TURN OFF THE MONITOR to NEVER in Power Management. 0 errors in Prime 95 and test is on 20 hour now. So? Maybe overheating ? But why my screen just turns off without reason?
