Monitor suggestion

19" + DVI + <$300 == crap. Get a smaller monitor (17" models have the SAME resolution), increase your budget, or buy a CRT. I'd just get a 17".

The above assumes you are gaming. Please state your full uses for the display so we can provide relevent advice.
 
I don't plan on doing much gaming. Mostly for watching movies, basic computing etc...
