Does anyone have any suggestions for a good triple monitor stand for three 24" 1920x1200 monitors? I'm hoping to find one that's relatively easy to reconfigure to portrait mode when needed. I'm not sure there's anything like that.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks.

The Chief KTA 325 I have will do the job but I have had some initial issues getting them all lined up perfectly. Check out mountedconcepts.com they have a lot to choose from.

Everyone keeps sending links to Ergotron, but the problem is that they don't seem to have a triple monitor stand large enough to accommodate 3 24" monitors. They can do two, but not three.

Yeah, I need to mount 3 25.5" monitors, so I figure I am stuck doing three seperate stands or custom building one...

I posted something similar for a person yesterday. These may not be right up your alley, but if price is much of a factor you may be interested.

This page at monoprice.com has a section of lcd deskmount brackets for good prices for the quality. I do not have personal experience with them myself, but in the process of planning a setup and adding a 2nd monitor these are what I have my eye on.

It's just a resource that I hope will be helpful to you in judging price/performance. For the way I spend my money I would find a way to make three single or a dual + single stand work from mono.

I will also be looking at some of the above suggestions from the other users as I have not seen those sites before.

I was wondering if you ever found a solution for this? As I am currently looking for a solution for 3 24" monitors as well.

er...tech sells one. But its pricey as hell ...... I'm just going to get the single arm monoprice desk clamp ones.

GUYS,

I strongly suggest considering making your own as a weekend day project. Making a three monitor setup with angled sides is NOT as difficult as it may sound. There will also be a sense of pride, and you can custom fit it to your desktop.

If you have a tool outlet store near you, the cost of the tools, as well as the wood, will cost you about half as metal pre-built one. Then you can either keep or sell the tools later on.

I have done 2 stands for a 2x2 monitor setup. Because I have a corner cubicle -type desk (with a top ledge) I have no need to make a 3 monitor setup. I am using a 3x2 setup (the monitors are all freestanding) and the 2 wooden 2x2 setups are on each side. YES, 14 monitors. I am in the financial trading business, and do gaming in my leisure time.
