Monitor Sleeps, Loses Calibration Settings

I have two monitors, an ASUS 27" and a BenQ 27". Both are 144hz connected via DisplayPort. Windows 10 64-bit. Extended desktop. Nvidia 980 Ti. Both have been calibrated using an i1Display Pro.

Whenever my monitors sleep, they lose their profile and I have to enter Color Management to "Reload current calibrations", which temporarily corrects the problem. Having Googled the issue, I've changed the system defaults to "Use Windows display calibration" (the box is checked), as is the "Use my settings for this device". However, the issue persists.

Does anyone have experience with this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Thanks in advance.
