Monitor set-up.. Need help

I currently have two Asus 248H-P monitors, and am looking for in picking up the VG248QE 144hz, simply for the refresh rate, not really for the 3D experience... now my question is, will this set-up be alright, or do I need 3 of the VG248QE's, in order for everything to work right?

The 144hz will of course be my main gaming monitor, and the other 2 just side monitors.

Note I have crossfire radeon 7770 ghz edition gfx cards.
