Monitor Resolution Issue!

For some reason I cannot figure this out for the life of me.

I have a IBM X32 Laptop with a docking station hooked to a Dell 24" Widescreen monitor. I have this configuration in two different locations. The native resolution for the monitor is 1920x1200.

Here is what is happening, I plug the laptop into one location and it pulls up fine and I can set the screen to 1920x1200. When I plug the laptop into the other location I can only get 1600x1200 or 2048x1536 on the monitor. The option for 1920x1200 does not even show up. I have swapped out the base stations with each other and both monitors but no luck.

Any ideas on how to fix this? If anyone can help me get this fixed today I will Paypal them say something like $20 or $30.
 
Do you have the drivers for the monitor installed? Or even re-install them?

Are they the same 24" (e.g. are they both 2407's)
 
Yes I have the monitor drivers installed and have reinstalled them. Its weird because it works when plugged into one monitor but not the other.

I have one base station at home and one at work. I have swapped out both base stations with each other and both monitors and at home I can get the 1920x1200 but down at work I can only get the odd resolutions.
 
They are both the 2405's. Its weird cause I can swap out the monitors and the base stations and it will not make a difference. I am only using the one laptop so how could it see any difference between the hardware. Its driving me up a wall.
 
I got it working. I used the Omega drivers and it allowed me to tweak the resolutions.
