Monitor recommendation with limited height space

I'm looking for some recommandations on a new monitor, My usage is mostly photo editing and a bit of gaming (mostly strategy type games). I'd be interested in an IPS panel, for the colours, and for the viewing angle (movies).
My main limitation is the height. With the stand, it needs to be smaller than 45cm (17.5") in height. Anything good that would fit in there?

LG or Dell's 21:9 panels

Dell is slightly taller but has height adjustment LG's is non-adjustable but 27.55" x 8.21" x 15.24" with stand
27.55" x 2.7" x 12.52" without stand
