Monitor recommendation? (24" with speakers)

Can anybody recommend a monitor based on the follow requirements:
  • 24", IPS (or similar)
  • 16:9 ratio
  • Built-in speakers (or speakerbar), getting audio from HDMI cable
  • Headphone ports
  • USB ports
  • Cheap as possible (quality isn't super important as long as it's IPS or similar)
This is going to be used for a second PC that I want to be as compact as possible. (the PC is going to be located downstairs with an HDMI-to-CAT6 for video, and USB-to-CAT6 for USB making the desk really clean)
 
no offense intended, but there are a lot of great suggestions right here on the first page that you could check out to find the answer you're looking for.
 
Have you checked out the AOC i2367F? it only lacks a usb-hub otherwise it looks fine.

What about the NEC EA234WMI-BK?

It's the only monitor I have been able to find that meets all of my criteria. It has a 6ms response time which I don't think is perfect but should be OK for gaming, right?
