I have been using Postfix since 2006 with no problems ever. Simple & rock solid however I was wondering what you guys use for monitoring all your email traffic and logs? Is there an application or utility you guys suggest using as a mail administrator to easily scan / view logs in a organized and clean view?

Thanks for any recommendations.

Corbin Dallas - Multitail ( guess what I watched last night :D )
Below is what I use for realtime, but did not write.
Code:
#!/bin/sh
multitail -Z red,black,inverse -T -x "%m %u@%h %f (%t)  [%l] " -m 100 -n 0 -f -cS postfix "/var/log/mail.log"

I also use the built-in postfix commands to watch the queues ad hoc.

I use mailgraph and some other thing that generates statistics from the logs similar to here: http://www.howtoforge.com/mail_statistics_mailgraph_pflogsumm
I paid a guy who knows more than I do to set it up for me.
mailgraph tells me I'm blocking 1.2 million spams a month.

Otherwise I grep for what I need which is usually to find out why some knucklehead couldn't send an executable or some other banned filetype through the postfix gateway and is too stupid the read the nice bounce message explaining why it didn't work and is even stupider for not being able to think to forward the bounce message they received to me in the first place but they are smart enough to bitch that their email didn't go through and my server is broken but they don't know why. /end rant

google gave me this:

which led to this:

And there is always sawmill.
