goes away only after a restart

i have a Samsung AS700
i think it's monitor related cause i just got a new computer and it's still happening
anybody familiar with this problem?
how can i fix this?
thanks

I'm now getting this after playing some games. It's SUPER strange. I haven't figured it out yet.

It doesn't go away at all; so I assume it's driver related.

Got this the other day too, gtx 670, IIYAMA B2488HSU-B1, DisplayPort, win 7 64, lastest nvidia drivers and 144hz. Found no fix and and had to reboot as well.

Gonna move on to DVI soon cos I'm getting no display at all in the BIOS with DisplayPort, wonder if that might help (I mean I've read about some bugs with DisplayPort and older Kepler GPUs)

edit : bah... I'm gonna return this monitor anyway. 6bit TN panels aren't for me.

Are you using 60Hz or have you forced a higher refresh rate?

Samsung SA700
using dual link DVI
it's set to 120hz
got a 780GTX SLI, but it's also been happening with my old GPU's, and my old Mobo

What I'm trying to get at here is you should test it at 60Hz and see if it still happens.
