Are there any advantages in using an LCD monitor vs an LCD TV if you're strictly going to be console gaming? Are they equally priced? Do the TV's have better contrast/brightness/overall quality? Or do the monitors win out? Do TV's generally not give you 1:1 options?
All this time I've been looking for an LCD monitor and it's only now occured to me that because I'm only intending to use it for console gaming, perhaps I should consider an LCD TV instead.
