Monitor or power supply problem?

I have a problem with one of my comps. My screen stretches and contracts, similar to the pincusion setting on my monitor. By the way, my monitor is a 7 month old KDS X7fb. Could the power supply affect the display ? If anyone has had similar problems, please let me know how you resolved them.
