Monitor OC to 75Hz

Is it worth it to OC to 75Hz with a light frame drop, if you like to match it with 75/80fps for the VSync?
 
No, download PixPerAn and watch the car stutter/skip across the screen on monitors which drop frames when oc'd. If PixPerAn forces 60hz, read the instructions and download CRU to force 75hz.
