Monitor Non PNP Drivers?

I've been using my g220fb for a while and i remember when i ran 32bit windows 7 home premium, the xp drivers worked fine..

now I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64bit on my new rig, problem is obviously i can't get drivers for it.. any way to fix it? any real benefit to non PNP drivers?
