Monitor Issues

I'm having problems with my monitor. At 60 Hz, a broad line would travel from the bottom of the screen to the top. At faster refresh rates (70, 72, and 75 Hz), the screen would flicker constantly. This happens on my 19" LCD monitor at all resolutions, and also on my 17" CRT monitor at all resolutions and the above stated refresh rates. It is not electrical interference from the room as I have moved my computer from my dorm to my home (3 hour drive). My system specs are as follows:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+
1 gig Corsair XMS
2x BFG Geforce 6800 GT OC SLI'd
Windows XP SP2
(other specs aren't important)

I suspect that it is either a vertical sync issue or internal electrical interference from inside my case. Does anyone know what's going on?

i have never seen this on an LCD, i have no idea what would cause that

have you tried using a different video card?

Well I'm running an SLI setup and currently the only PCI-E cards I have are those two. I've tried running them with SLI enabled and disabled and it doesn't help. I've switched the cards and that doesn't help either.
