I have a problem with my Acer P235H 23" Monitor. Not always, but sometimes, on certain colors, there's a very thin red vertical line towards the left of the monitor, almost like a row of stuck pixels. It seems to appear most on gray and dark red. Its easy to spot especially on hardforum. It's weird because on colors like black and white, and most other colors, there's no problem. I'm kind of mad because I've had this monitor for about a month. Normally I'd try returning it to Newegg, however, I submitted the order on 11/27, so I'm just out of the return period. I'm hoping to contact Newegg on Monday and ask if they'd return it. If not I'll just send it to Acer but I know it would take longer to get it back from them over Newegg. Is there anything I could do to fix it before I attempt to get it repaired/rma'd? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like your panel is dying. I've had this happen on a few monitors of mine. RMA it.
Some manufacturers have a grace period on the warranty. Usually one month.

Sorry, that was my fault. I didn't write my response very well. Any idea of what it could be or is the panel just dying like the other person said?
It does sound like a faulty panel to me, yeah. Would be nice for you if Newegg just did a quick exchange on the display, that way you get a new display instead of a refurb from the mftr.
I got Newegg to let me rma it for a new replacement. I called them up, and they said they would do it for me since I haven't had an rma an my account even though it was a week past thirty days!
That's the best it could have worked out imo.
