Does anyone know what it really means or does? I've never heard a really good explaination on which one is better or if there is a better setting.

According to that, when I use the high resolution modes, it wants to be horizontal/vertical at +/+, but there are a few low resolution modes that want to be -/-
There is also no mention of "sync on composite"
