Monitor goes green with lines

I have a BENQ FP241W monitor. It will be working fine and then all of the sudden the screen goes lime green with lines through it. I can see the image behind the green, but the image is frozen. A minute later everything will be fine again for awhile. I have replaced all of the cables going to the monitor and it the display issue happens on multiple computers. I suspect the board may be going bad in the monitor, but I would like your input.

possibly overheating too, make sure it's vents aren't clogged.
