I run my desktop at 1280x1024 but i was talking to a friend and we were looking at different resolutions, and my 1024x786 was coming up really fuzzy.
The monitor is a Samsung SyncMaster 753DF. I use powerstrip to custom set the resolution to 85hz @1024 becuase if i dont it goes to 60.
Does anyone know what my problem is? another thing is that photoshop said my monitor profile was incorrect and to rerun the monitor calibration software. Should i have run something other than just the latest drivers from windows? i ran adobe gamma and set that for my default profile in my ATI panel. (9800np).
Sorry, but one final question. Sometimes when i turn my computer off for the night and hten i come back and turn it on again, the monitor wont be in the same position on screen, itll have incorrect proportoins, and then as i use it some more itll seem to slowly go to the right spot. Im not sure what is up.
