Im lookign to have our office get some monitors ordered for general office work (CADD Etc....), and the rough budget per monitor is $150 (I have tried to get this raised but its a pretty strong at about the $150 mark.) Searching today I ran accross this:

Any one have comments / knowledge on it? Or a better suggestion for around that price? I'd like to stick with IPS if possible but not required.
