Monitor flicking a bit

I'm a monitor noob so please bear with me.

Specs:
-Dell E248WFP
-DVI cable
-BFG 7950GT 256mb
-Resolution is 1920x1200
-Refresh rate 60Hz

I notice my monitor is doing this very fast and very fade flicking. I'm not sure what to do. Anyone can help point the way?

Try changing the cable, something interferes with the monitor's cable. Buy a quality monitored DVI cable.

Could just be the CCFL backlight. Not much you can do about that other than replacing it.
