I need one or two monitor arms for my desk, but don't know what to get. I have BenQ FP93GX and a Samsung 205BW.

I know I could probably get anything for the BenQ, but it seems most of the arms I look at the reviews say they can't hold a 20 inch widescreen.

Cost is kind of an issue would like to spend less than 250 for both arms.

someone on newegg said it woulds hold up a 20" WS, but newegg reviews are kind of crappy

i personally dont like the ergotron. I have one for my 17" which isnt very heavy and i have to retighten it every few days because after awhile the screen would start to tilt down because it uses rubber o-rings that start to loosen and i use a mallet to pound the stupid hex screw you use to tighten because its already pretty tight. A 20" would probably make it tilt even quicker so u may have to tighten it every 1-2 days.

You might want to take a look at www.humanscale.com, www.skunkworks.com.au, www.atdec-it.com. For humanscale stuff www.ergodirect.com has it and atdec is at www.ergoindemand.com. These are more expensive but you get what you pay for and they can also hold up to 24" if you ever do upgrade.
