Monitor Advice - AW2210 to ....?

Hey,

I need some advice. First some background on my rig - nothing super crazy, does everything I want it to do: i5 3570K, 8gb ram, GTX 660 SC 2gb, SSD. I mainly play games and do schoolwork on this PC - WoW, Borderlands (1,2,PS), PAYDAY 2, Skyrim, all Blizzard titles to name a few.

I've always had a Alienware 2210 (21.5", 60hz) and I have thought it looked great to me. However it has died and I need help choosing a replacement. I'd like it to be 23-24" and height adjustable - only real requirements. I like the Phillips gaming one or I am looking at a Dell U2414H, but no DVI and some people have issues with Nvidia and that monitor.

What monitor will meet my needs and impress me? Is the AW2210 so outdated that anything will look great?
