Monarch pc's Combo Deal Suggestions??

The main reason that I am posting this is becasue my last computer bit the dust... mainly montherboard went bad :( and left behind a ATI 9600, 512 pc 2700, 120g hd, and etc. So I was looking into this deal to see if I could get a good cheap motherboard and processor. And this deal seamed like a great dael because I woudl be able to et Facry (again) and Half Life 2 ;) (again)
 
I'm gonna do it for my new computer. Nifty deal. But you have to pay 8 bucks so they can test it with the retail HSF, but that's no biggy.
 
For you, I dunno. I'm personally getting a MSI Neo4 Platinum with a Winchester core 3500+, which doesn't help you because you have an AGP card and a processor like that'd be overkill for what you have. I dunno, get a 939 mobo with AGP and maybe a 3000+ or a 2800+(I forget if they make 939's of those)? How much money do you have?
 
So, the only good part about the deal is the free coupons, right?
The motherboards and CPU's all seem to be at regular price.
 
Yep, more or less. But if you don't have the games and such, I say it's good.

I Know that this computer is not going to be good at all for gaming... but it is mainly going to serve as a content server and 3ed computer. :p

I think that I am going to go with the 3000+ processor and get the Thermaltake A1744 Venus12 Opteron & Athlon 64 Performance Cooler (Linkage ;)) but have no idea on what motherboard??? What Should I Get???

At first I was not going to... but it may be a cool thing to do in the future.

Do I want onboard Audio, Lan, Etc
This system will basically have head phones so yes. And lan and etc I think that it would be good to have but i really dont care to much because it is a crapy system anyway :D

The Main thing that I just need form you guys is what Motherboard to go with. And by that I mean "What motherboard would go buy?" "Out of all of those motherboards which one would you buy?"
