its been like 3 days since i ordered from them and they still have not processed my order.
is this normal. i know it takes newegg like a 30min to do this
 
You might want to post to the Monarch guy in the hot deals thread.
 
They are definately slower processing than Newegg. It took them about 2-3 days to process my order last week. I got my stuff within 1 week from order though.
 
This is a list of resources on the Monarch page dealing specifically with order status. I'd go through one of those methods to get in touch with them. As this doens't relate to folding though....
