Hello,
I have a Molex (with a little tiny 4 pin connector in addition to the molex) to SATA power adapter that came with an old Seagate hard drive. Can I use this adapter with an SSD or will it ruin the SSD?

if you mean 4p molex -> sata, yes it will work with any drive including ssd :D
