Modular PSU's > 7XXW?

Here's the deal. My PSU now is a good one, but it's holding me back a little on my OC, and it's not going to be able to handle dual 8900's when I go that route (when Nvidia refreshes some time next year). My search for a new PSU has a couple of very important caveats though.

First off, it needs to be modular. My case is cramped and has no built in cable organizer, I don't need extra unused power wires all over the place. It's annoying and makes the inside of my case look terribly unprofessional. The more wires I can get out of the way, the better.

Second, it has to be less than 6" deep (152mm). Anything larger will bump up against my reservoir in my water cooled case.

Third, it has to be able to support an overclocked C2D, 2 to 4 GB of high speed DDR, at least two HDD's (one Raptor, one other), two CD-R/DVD-R drives and what is equivalent to two 8800GTX's today. If I can get that and some head room so be it.

The only modulars I see are in the 700W range. Is 700W's gonna be enough power for what I am looking for? I like the SeaSonic M12 700, as it fits all my needs...I am just afraid it's not gonna push enough juice for my future system upgrades. I know many people are recommending 850W+ for 8800GTX's in SLI with a C2D and multiple HDD's.

Silverstone ST75F, Seasonic M12, Enermax Galaxy (VERY long), Thermaltake Toughpower 750 and 850

The ThermalTake ToughPower 850 looks great...but I think at 160MM deep it's just a bit too long :( I am leaning towards the SeaSonic at this point, I am just really scared 700W won't be enough in the long run. I use the PSU Calc and it says I only need 497W for an OC'ed C2D and a pair of 8800GTX's...but I don't know.

The Silverstone ST75F is the modular one, the ST75ZF is not.

I like my ST60F so much that I'd grab the ST75F in a hearbeat :) if it weren't 7" deep anyway :( (if that were a problem).

If you've got the money to pay for it, you can have almost any PSU made modular @ Performance-pcs.com It's $50 extra to have the main cables modulated and another $50 for sleeving if it's not already factory sleeved (or if you want other colours etc.). On certain models, like the PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750, it's another $50 to modulate the ATX and PCI-E cables, plus another $20 for the 4 and 8 pin connectors.
