Modifying my Whitewater cpu block?

My whitewater block has three fittings. One input in the center and two outputs on each end. What sort of problems might I run into if I cap the center and run it end to end? Its Probably not a good idea.

Also anyone know where I might find some brass threaded fitting with a 45 degree bend.
 
The White Water's microfin/channel design operates on the principle of impingement, so the center inlet is optimal, as it lies directly over the die. You can use one of the outlets as an inlet, but performance will suffer somewhat. Why do you need to do this?

You need a brass threading fitting? What thread?
 
The fittings are the europian type thread, and I dont need brass but I would like the 45's for the gpu block. The fittings are so close that I have to trim the wall of the tubing down in order to get the clamps on.

I said brass, but they can just be whatever I guess.

Tubing size is 1/2" ID
 
Maybe but I already have 1/2" everything. I will just use it. It worked before so I am sure it will be fine.
 
Actually, the fittings are 9/16-32 UNF, which is almost impossible to find. Not european (That would be BSPP 1/4").
 
Dipping the ends of the tubing in hot water will make 7/16" tubing fit on 1/2" barbs fine. Cathar actually recommends 7/16" ID tubing when using 1/2" blocks, because the inside of the tubing and the barbs form a smoother plane that way.
