Will it be a problem to try and hit 6600 speeds with my 6320? Specs in sig. Haven't put together the build yet, just looking to see what would be reasonable and easy to do on this chip. If I can get it around 2.4 or so I'll be very satisfied.

The E6320 should be able to hit like 3.4ghz easy man. The problems are the mobo and memory. 
But yeah. 2.4ghz is ease. Id do 2.8ghz 7x400fsb. This would put pc2-6400 memory at 1:1 running at 800mhz, which is stock speed.

Not trying to hijack this thread, but Technoob has the exact same idea that I did about moderatly OC'ing a 6320. I'm currently reading through guides about modern overclocking to bring myself up to speed (last time I did it, OC'ing was nothing more than setting the fsb and multiplier jumpers on the mobo).
I think Retsams post about doing 2.8ghz is fantastic since the memory would still run at 1:1. My question is: would anything else need to be done (changing voltages, memory timings, etc...) or do you just bump the FSB to 400 and forget about it? If the latter is the case, it will save me a whole lot of reading and experimenting. Much thanks to anyone who can help.
