Just received a notification that a moderator edited my FS thread removing the list of sold items due to it diluting the search results.

Understandable. Would have strongly preferred a request to remove them.

It was the only list I had going of items sold.
Is there any way to get it back?

I personally am annoyed by list goiing back months. If it's sold, mark it as such then close thread. I see threads going back a few years with items sold long ago. Thread OP would update thread with new items and keep it going. I am lazy, if I click on thread and it takes me to last page, I do not bother to go to first page.

Is there any way to get it back?

Server has it cached?

you don't have PM's relating to the sold items?

Maybe 50% of my messages have resulted in a sale. I'm just annoyed that there was no notice.

I've been a member here for 13ish years and have never even seen something like this being hinted at as being an issue.
I'll generally have one FS thread that I do for the calendar year with all the sold items listed below.

I think its valuable to keep the info there so that others can see what it sold for as reference...assuming the poster doesn't delete the price when updating to Sold. I find it annoying when the price is removed when Sold. But yeah, a request/warning first would have been nice I guess.

Agreed - I also remember the "good old" days when reputable members had Sale/Trade threads spanning years here and on other forums.

Was about to post this exactly. I'm always annoyed when I search for something and see it was sold with no sale price for reference though. I don't mind that it's sold, but I'd like to know what it sold for to gauge the current market for that item.

Mods, please don't remove this information from FS/FT listings.

I sent you your list.
The reason it was removed is because when people search for an item, they dont want to read through sale threads only to find out the item they wanted was already sold.
