The modem didn't come with the usual Quick Setup Guide, and a cd-rom? To see which version you have, look on the sticker on the bottom. Sep 17, 2005 #3 A AMDXP 2[H]4U Joined Jul 9, 2004 Messages 2,631 Well, it looks like I have the number 1 or 2 model... Its just after Comcasts new Upgrade to 6600 from 4400 I cant seem to get above 5.4-5.6 Mbps and Sometimes worse... although it says my modem supports up to 44 Mbps / 10 Mbps?
