I am planing to make a side window and a blow hole on my steel and aluminium cases. what tools will i need to do this? there will be rounded corners involved as well.

Cheapest and best performers preffered. Im over in the Uk, so if you know prices/supplies thats great!

for a big large open window i would say jig saw with some hand files to de-bur edges

thats my 2 cents

When using a Dremel to cut into case metal, what attachment (bit) do I need? I purchased a new dremel and it came with all sorts of stuff, but not sure if what I need is in there.

you need some cut-off wheels... they are about as big as a quarter and cost about 4 bucks for like 20 or 30 of em...

I got mine at Walmart... :D

Do they look like they are made of a REALLY hard sandpaper like material?

I guess you could say that. For a large area in a sheet of steel I personally think a dremel is a waste of time. Use a jigsaw for the major cuts, clean up with the dremel and either the sanding rolls or the grindstones (or just use a file)

If you use those for cutting steel, you're fncking nuts. If you have to use a Dremel, get the Fiberglass Reinforced wheels. You'll break the shit out of the other ones and grind them down to nothing in no time flat. Use a jigsaw for large cuts.
