Hey guys, I have this small case and I am wondering what you guys think I should do. I am loooking for nice cable management, but not sure exactly what to mod. Maybe more cooling? Please post suggestions.

If I recall what your case looks like correctly, you'll probably want to cut out the restrictive grilles first, then maybe window it.

What restrictive grills? Tonight I will take pictures and host them and maybe you guys can tell me what to do.

Got pictures from newegg. Take off the mesh over the rear 80mm fan, and replace with wire grill. Use dremel to cut out where there are holes over 120mm fan in front, and 80mm blowhole, and replace with wire grills.

edit: I wouldn't do this mod myself, and wouldn't reccomend anyone not skilled with a dremel to do it. It might end up not looking very great if it's not done correctly.

edit2: hole saw would probably look better than a dremel

Don't bother cutting out the hole section on the front... you'll just make it look crappy and loose the sleek look of the front of the case. Besides that does not restrict the airflow.

Best mod for cable management is to cut a hole near the PSU. You can then route all the wires through the back, very simple and useful mod. You can also mod the 80mm blowhole on the top of the case to a 120mm if you want. If you don't already have 2 80mm in the back you can mod another 80mm under the rear 80mm. I've also heard you can fit 2 92mm fans in the front rather then the 80mm fans in the front if you want more airflow.

QFT. Lian Li should have thought that through and pre-cut a hole there for wire management.

As for fan grills, there shouldn't be a need to cut any of the stock grills. The rear 80mm mesh just comes off. If you look behind the front 120mm filter, you'll see that the grill is pretty much open. And the top slotted grill is too nice to cut away ;). Here's my PC-60Plus.

N Raged, its beautiful. So should I over a long weekend, gut my PC, rout the wires through the back and then put back together?

We're just giving you ideas, it's up to you whether you're willing to mod or not. Also take into consideration if your wires (that you're planning to reroute) are long enough to make the detour.

I am almost sure then are long enough. Also what should I order to make my wire management easier, like wraps or whatever.

Sleeving, thats what you want, it looks the best and it helps a lot with cable management..

You can check out SVC, Frozen CPU, Peformance Pcs, and Xoxide all have a huge selectin of sleevings...

Edit: You should check out this sleeving tutorial, btw you should really check the FAQ they have a lot of this stuff covered..

Also about the restrictive grills, if you notice on the front there's 2 front grills, I removed one of them and it helped my temps by a degree or two...

I know its been a while since I have posted here but I am just about to order sleeving and I am going to start my Mod.

This is what I am ordering Xoxide Wire Sleeving Kit (Black)

I have a hole cutter so I will be using that, do you guys suggest I take my motherboard out before I cut the hole in my case? If possible, I really don't want to because I find it a pain in the ass to put it back in. The hole will be higher then the motherboard so I wont cut the mobo but tell me your thoughts.

Yes, take out the motherboard. Metal shavings and motherboards do not go well together... at all.
