Modding: normal ODD or slim?

Hello,

could someone make an educated guess please whether a normal-sized ODD will fit or if I'll need a slim drive?

It's a Denon UCD-F88 and it's dimension is:
W 270mm / 10.6in
H 112mm / 4.4in
D 305mm / 12in

I will try to cramp a HTPC into it.
Any guess, advice, whatever very much appreciated.

My best guess is a standard 5.25" drive.

Here are some pics I found, looks like a slim would be your best bet if you plan on using the display underneath the drive.

Are there any slim ODDs with a motorized tray, in contrast to those notebook-drives?
I would prefer to use a standard size 5.25" pioneer bluray [1] over any slim device.
