Modding Ideas?

Not sure what you're asking here but every case can be modded if you're creative enough. :cool:
 
You do know that heatskrink, skrinks? Right? That's the green crap you put over the wire sleeving. If you don't have a gun to heat it up and shrink it, a blow dryer works just as well. You did a nice sleeving job, just shrink that crap.
 
haha ya shrink it and itll look even better. Easy mod that will cool ur computer down some is to cut out that grille on the case that covers the rear fan. It will allow more airflow. Maybe put some exhaust fans under the handle (remove the plastic and insert fans. I dunno itd be cool if u lit up the eyes. Maybe a window and a cathode?
 
the top of the case already has a fan (the 4 coloured LED)
i was thinking of adding a PS1 LCD? tho i dont know where to add it
does it fit into 2 CD Rom Bays ? 5.25( i think the bays are called rofl)
 
The heatshrink thing cracked me up, though I wouldn't have noticed it on my own :D

FYI, you could get a cheap heat gun at a hardware store for around $20. I honestly haven't had much luck with heatshrink using a blow dryer, but it's worth a shot since you probably have one around. If not, use a lighter or go to a hardware store with the wallpaper/paint stripping stuff you should be able to find a heat gun.

any places to buy a PS1 LCD? im from Australia so its abit diff from all you people in the states. i might fix the cables but i dont tihnk so im changing PSU's to a Antec NEO480W

make the eyes on the case glow, but not very bright, or, put an LCD behind them and make system stats display inside them

ill add some blue LEDS into the eyes, i was thinking go bright or go home tho
 
first thing. put that side panel back on and cut out a window if there isnt alread one in there. but one twist. you use clear acrylic for the window and get some privacy mirror tint from lowes and it will give it a 2 way mirror effect. so when the case is turned off it will be chrome looking, but then when the lights are on inside then it will look clear.

then throw some neon cathodes in there to give it color.

do some leds in the eyes and under that handle thing.

get some kind of fan controller or put a lcd in a drive bay. maybe something like this
ill prolly be putting one in my case eventually.

just some ideas.
 
never seen that LCD screen before

no window and ill try get it cut (hopefully it wont be gay)

im going to add some LED's into the eyes today see how that kicks ass
also ill get a new psu so screw fixing my tubbing :p

also ill take a look at getting LEDS under my handle (its good for lanning grab it by the handle and off i go!)

Video System NTSC: FH: 15,750 Hz
FV: 60 Hz
FC: 3.58 mHz

my videocard (9800pro) is a PAL (because im in australia duh)
so i dont think it'll work?
 
There's enough room in the top that your blowhole fan could be a 120mm.

Yes, shrink that heatshrink. And sleeve the rest of those wires!

Is that a stock HSF on your CPU? That's practically blasphemy around here! :p

ohh i see, i dont have a million bucks for water cooling or anything :D

if you got a problem go fix it and send me a new HSF :p
