Modding a Blackwidow Ultimate

Hello,

I'd like to mod my Blackwidow Ultimate to having red LED backlights. How do I do it and how hard is it ? Has anyone done it before?

Not only will it void your warranty, but each key is individually lit which means you'll need around 101+ led lights. You'd probably be better off just getting the Dragon age II edition of the black widow ultimate which comes with red back lighting. The link is below if you'd like to check it out.

Buy Dragon Age ll version, swich outer plastic case with yours, send back your old keyboard disguised as DA ll version. Problem solved, seen at least one other person on here say they've done that.

if too much bad karma for you, then buy DA ll version and sell old one.
