I sent PM, but in case you didnt get it for some reason:

Asrock z75 Pro3 motherboard - does it come with rear I/O panel and/or accessories?
 
It does unfortunately I think it may have been gotten hit by lightening a few days ago. I am in the process of working out an RMA on it.
