Modded Laptops?

Just curious... are there any real modded laptops out there? I'm not talking just a nice paint job or fancy stickers but real modding. I just ordered a cheapo for school and thought about it but I've got no ideas.
 
I wish I had pictures of one I did a few weeks back. The top cover got lasercut staggered holes w/ round perf and a blue tint behind it. Looked damn good.


I've got a macbook pro coming up here that I did diamonds for the logo + gold plating but that isn't necessarily a crazy mod. The panels come back on tuesday so it should be done by the end of next week if I'm lucky. Here's the pic of the diamonds: http://www.computer-choppers.com/pics/dapple1.jpg
 
Well, from you, I would expect something... if you can scrounge up some pics of the stuff you have done it would be great. I'm not sure I get what you did to the first one you mentioned.
