I know there hasn't been a new modded driver release for quite some time, but what's better for nvidia modded drivers in terms of iq and compatibility between ngo and omega? I don't care about any performance difference.
 
Sorry, can't help, I've never used modded drivers. But now that you mention it, I probably would use them if there were some that would allow the use of colour profiles or the old control panel. Don't suppose you know of any that do that with the modern cards?
 
Back in the day (and this is pretty far back) I seem to remember Omega Drivers being about getting better IQ at the same performance. I really don't know anymore, I've been using stock drivers for a long time.
 
The most recent modded drivers for better compatibility and IQ are the Xtreme-G drivers. I'm using them since years. ;)
