Modded arctic Silencer?

Alright, I've got a computer I'm working on and just kind of messing with and I've got a 9800 pro in it with an Actic Silencer. A while back I saw someone modded so along with the normal fan, it had an 80mm can blowing on the heatsink. I tried searching for it, but couldn't find anything. Can anyone tell me how to attach the fan to the heatsink/etc? Epoxy? Screws?

Or even, anyone got pics or link to the thread if they know how to find it? Thanks.
