Greetings! My question is this, with the Rasberry Pi now shipping I was wondering if I can somehow use a laptop led lcd and put it in a custom case for easy mounting. Im asking because led lcd screens (if im not mistaken) dont require inverters so im thinking it should be easier to mod, no? Ive taken apart Lenovo laptops and the panels are really thin and only require one cable. The tricky part i guess would be the fact that its one cable for power and video output. Curious if anyone has any creative ideas on how to get this setup to work. I guess for a mod free setup i can just get a slim lcd screen and just hid the RPi in the back. Anyway, just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how to accomplish this. Peace
