Hi ,
I have GA-8SIMLNF moby...the NF is a PackBell addon, anyhow, I am using an old FX5500 128mb AGP , I have PCI available, will the board take a 512mb or even a 1GB GPU and should I use AGP or PCI version for flightsim?

probably want AGP just because it has a higher bus speed.. board shouldnt have a problem with taking 512 or a gig.. just depends on if the board supports 4x or 8x AGP..

Just to update ...is the AGP X4 still the best option for flightsim with this board spec?

1 Universal AGP slot (1X/2X/4X) device support
3 PCI slot supports 33MHz & PCI 2.2 compliant

Lastly I see DDR 1.2.and 3 GPU's...Im told GPU RAM and Board RAM are not connected...with this in mind would a GPU with DDR3 perform much better than a DDR2 GPU on my board?
