We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Hey all, not sure if I should be asking here or the motherboards section but I need a recommendation.

Here is what I have:

OS:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i7 7700K @ 4.20GHz
RAM
16.0GB G.SKILL TridentZ F4-3200C14D-16GTZSK @ 1600MHz (14-14-14-34)
Graphics
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (EVGA)

I'm a big fan of Asus, any recommendations?

Questions for you:

What's your budget?

Do you plan on performing any heavy overclocking?

How many (and what types of) hard drive are you using? USB devices?

What case do you have?

Absent your answers, any "mid-range" motherboard between $140 and $200 should suit most of your needs fine. Here's a random recommendation:

$170 - ASUS PRIME Z270-A

Like Tiraides said, depends pretty much on what ur looking for on a motherboard.
ASUS PRIME Z270-A is very well rounded, the Z270 Fatal1ty also a very good choice if your doing any overclocking.
