Mobo Ram Issue

So I have just been dealing with this issue and letting it be but I was trying to mess with it the other night and to get it fixed and going correctly. My issue is that I go into the Gigabyte bios settings my ram shows as 1333 when it should be 1600. I have changed it but still for some reason it reverts back to 1333 saying system voltage not optimized I believe. Any help on this would be great. Thanks

I assume you are talking about the system in your sig and not an older system that did not support > DDR3 1333 without overclocking the IMC.
