when mobos on newegg say DDR Standard: DDR 400 (PC 3200) does that mean that you can only go as high as PC3200 or what?

or does anyone know any good mobos for socket 939 (Athlon xp 3200) + Mushkin PC4000
 
It means manufacturer(s) can only ensured your PC running at DDR 400 steadily.If the frequency is higher than DDR 400,they can't ensured the stability.
