Mobo holding me back?

Temps are 42C idle, 46C tops under load.

I can only up the FSB from 166 to 170 tops. Anything above 170 will result in a no post no matter what voltages are applied. I have even tried lower multiplier settings but its stuck at 11x no matter what I do according to CPU-Z.

I dont have the option for 6:2:1 ratio for the FSB and think that may be what is holding me back. What do you guys think? I have maybe $100 to get a new motherboard and just hate shopping around because I have to check every review on perspective boardsd and by the time I choose a better one comes out.
