Is the ATi Mobility HD 3000 series out yet?

I googled but I am looking for benchies for the Mobility HD 3600 card specifically.

They're probably coming out sometime in june with the Puma platform. I'm waiting for one of these to buy too. Should be pretty cost effective.

Yes they are out. Currently Toshiba and Asus have them in their mainstream notebooks. I have the Asus M50Sa-AK023c which has the 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 and it scores approx. 3400 in 3DMARK06 at stock speeds and with the catalyst 8.4 driver. Nothing spectacular but to me it suits my mobile needs great. If I want to do full fledged gaming thats wat the rig in my sig is for.
