Beisdes the fact that one has 64MB of RAM and one has 128MB, which one would be the overall better performer?

The x300 SE has a 64-bit memory bus, but the regular Mobility x300 has a 128-bit memory bus. See this page: http://www.legitreviews.com/article.php?aid=122&pid=3 . The Mobility x300 speeds (350MHz core/300MHz DDR mem) is better than even the Mobility 9600 Pro, but too bad the Mobility x300 only supports a max of 64MB.ApaThy_NeXT2 said:Go with the 9600. The X300 is the lower rank model which replaces 9200ish cards. For all you know it could have 64 bit memory lanes.
Toshiba calls it the GeForce FX Go6600...cyvan1126 said:Don't know if you can buy this anywhere in the US, but we Canadians get the M40-JM3:
